Molly Tarlov is an American actress who is famous for her starring role as Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama series Awkward from 2011. Tarlov is the eldest daughter of two, and was born in Manhattan. In the Little Red School House performance of Bye Bye Birdie she played the character of Mrs. Peterson. She was a very popular actress among the 7th graders. The actress studied in Paris at NYU Tisch, and was a summer student at NYU Tisch during her teens at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She studied a variety different styles of acting. She also studied at The Atlantic Theater Company and could incorporate the writing aspect of her act at The LAByrinth Theater Master Class. Molly swapped her winter coat for black sunglasses, and headed for Los Angeles. She was not long before she was offered a three-word character on iCarly and was able to draw the interest from her family members. In the years since, she's made several TV appearances. She also created the character Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly believes she's an athlete, even though she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
